The Rez Grill restaurant at the Seminole Hard Rock Tampa features a modern take on comfort food. Both the food and the service was absolutely amazing! Here’s some of my favorite restaurants at the Hard Rock Hotel in Tampa. I have to say, I was totally impressed with each and every one of these spots. We got to try a variety of the dining options offered, including the new Rez Grill. With its recent renovation, the hotel also opened up a few new dining concepts. When it comes to dining, there are endless options at the Seminole Hard Rock hotel.

The hotel is located in Tampa, Florida, just about a 20 minute drive from the Tampa International Airport. The Hard Rock hotel has so much to do, you wouldn’t have time for the beach anyway. And to be honest, it was a nice surprise! For once, I didn’t have to worry about sand in the sheets! Much to my surprise, the Seminole Hard Rock Tampa is a Florida hotel that’s not located on or even near the ocean.
